First line managers, foremen, gangers, team leaders and supervisors Those who have, or are about to acquire, supervisory responsibilities and need to understand their legal duties to better contribute to the instruction, supervision and monitoring of tasks and activities to ensure safety on site.
Prior to course commencement, we identify any special requirements that delegates may have, such as physical disabilities including: sight, hearing or writing, learning or reading difficulties (dyslexia). If any extra support is needed, then we can adapt to the delegates needs (for example the examination can be held in a separate room and questions can be read to the delegate).
